Dr. Rita Kuo is researcher in VIP Research Group. She was an assistant research fellow (2011~2014) in the academic and industrial research centre of Knowledge Square, Inc. and an assistant professor associated with the department of digital design, Mingdao University, Taiwan. Her research interests include game-based learning, mobile and ubiquitous learning, behavior analysis, knowledge structure, automatic item generation, intelligent agent, data mining, and computational intelligent.
She was the chair of the Conference on Interaction Digital Media (CIDM 2011), publication chair of the 4th International Conference on E-Learning and Games (Edutainment 2009), Associate Editor of International Journal of Distance Education Technologies, and Associate Editor of Technology for Education and Learning.
She has been reviewers for many journals, e.g., Springer’s Transactions on Edutainment, Computers in Human Behavior (SSCI), Turkish Online Journal of Educational Technology (SSCI), Journal of Internet Technology (SCI), and International Journal of Online Pedagogy and Course Design.
She has participated in more than 4 international conferences as a Program Committee Member and has (co-)authored 41 book chapters, journal and international/national conference papers.
